What working together actually looks like

I work with a small number of clients at a time. That's deliberate — it means you get proper attention, not a junior team and a slide deck.

Most of my engagements fall into one of two shapes:

Brand Strategy Sprint
A focused piece of work — usually 4–8 weeks — to get clear on positioning, messaging, and what your marketing should actually be doing. Good for businesses that are growing but feel like something isn't clicking.

Fractional CMO Ongoing embedded support. I work as part of your team — in the strategy, the briefing, the decisions — without the cost of a full-time hire. Good for businesses that need senior marketing thinking but aren't ready (or don't need) a full-time CMO.

Who I work well with:

  • Small to mid-sized businesses with a real product and a genuine story to tell

  • Founders or leaders who want a thinking partner, not someone to just execute a brief

  • Businesses that are ready to invest in doing it properly

Who I'm probably not right for:

  • Businesses looking for cheap and fast

  • Anyone who wants more content output without a clear strategy behind it
